Strong VPN Services

I've been using “Strong VPN” for 2years and I love it. I use it on my pc, mac pro, or my smart devices when traveling, There's no slowdown when using, their server is always up I have not experienced any down time, the one time I had a problem with my computer connecting because of configuration problem, it was less than or 1 min wait for live chat they remote in and fixed the problem in about 5-7 mins, the times I've had questions, there were no long wait time for live chat and they've always responded within a 5-10 min time window with help information that actually works. Me being a computer tech, I had a client that was using "Hide My Ass - VPN" and my experience was that it was not user friendly, it took a long time to get support so I stopped trying I got user information logged in and there were no manual settings to login in for their vpn service, I had to do a Google search and to find that information on a blog forum not affiliated with Hide My Ass. Strong VPN on the other hand has the manual login listed on their website, instructions for the DIY people like me, router setup and more. I told my client to switch to Strong VPN and they did and canceled “Hide My Ass” within the first 30days. My opinion Strong VPN is the better choice I have no complaints and I’ve got nothing but 5star service all around from automatic updates to quick, friendly and knowledgeable tech support.
